Cocopeat, Coconut Coir Peat (8L)

Cocopeat is a multipurpose growing medium made out of coconut husk. It is a very good alternative to traditional peat moss. Its air-filled porosity and high water holding capacity makes it ideal as a base for potting mixes.

Cocopeat is very absorbent, adding water retention properties to potting mixes. Do not use cocopeat by itself as potting medium, as the water retention properties might drown off plant roots.
