Here is how to take care of the Dracaena marginata 'Tricolor': 

Sunlight: Need medium light to maintain their colorful leaves. Direct sun burns the leaves.

Water:  Water well and do not water again until the top 50% of the soil is dry. Over-watering causes root rot.

Fertiliser: Feed it with a diluted balanced fertiliser once a month.
