The Calathea majestica 'White Star' bears several bright white stripes from the midrib of the plant extending to its leave blades. Some of the leaves may feature pink shades near the midrib depending on the light conditions and maturity of the plant. When it comes to care, Calathea majestica 'White Star' is no different, it is not too hard to look after making it a good houseplant. It is non-toxic for pets, which makes it an ideal indoor plant for pet lovers.
Sunlight: Partial Sunlight to Full Shade. Avoid direct sunlight.
Water: Water evenly when the surface of soil starts to dry out slightly but do not allow too much of soil to dry out and occasional misting on leaves to prevent brown leaf edges. Overwatering of plant may cause the plant to wilt.
Fertiliser: Keep the plant in top form by feeding the plants every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid leafy fertilizer.
